The Kliprivier, Ghost Mountain and Tinderbox assets are currently in the process of being disposed to ASX Listed Company, Morning Star Holdings Ltd (ASX: MSH), in return for 30m ordinary fully paid shares in MSH. It is anticipated that this transaction will be concluded 3Q 2010.

The prospect is located 10km south west of Kliprivier and is an early stage exploration project.

10-12-09 MSH Extension of Share Purchase Agreement

The prospect is subject to sale under an agreement entered into by Nkwe refered to in Kliprivier.
Nkwe is seeking joint venture / farm-in partners on its remaining smaller properties given the focus on the Garatau and Tubatse projects.
